The Father's Table

Grace and peace, blessings, and joyous Easter Greetings to you all!

I have been going through a glorious season of deep inner healing lately. Father God is encountering me daily and has been talking to me about my identity in Him. He's taking me deeper into His love and into revelations of who He is: my Heavenly Father, our Heavenly Father.

I had an encounter that I know was not just for me. I feel that I am to share this with you so that you too can be blessed and encouraged:

I was taken up into a heavenly place. Father God welcomed me like I was the most important guest! He hugged me and it was the best Fatherly hug ever! Then he stood behind me and placed a beautiful robe on me that was made from His robe, and I felt like I did not deserve it. His robe was white with golden detail and my robe matched His robe.

He took me to this HUGE room where there was a banquet table and it went on for what looked like miles. There was so much food and detail and it was beyond lavish! He sat down at the head of the table and invited me to sit on His right hand side. We talked and talked and he offered me all kinds of yummy foods. Apples, raisins, dates, grapes, bread...red wine that turned golden when you drank it.... I felt like I was supposed to let Him lead the conversation and that it was no time for me to ask Him about my lengthy list of needs, wants and desires, people on my heart, and prayer requests.

I was mesmerized by His eyes, His beautiful eyes. I felt like the more I looked into His eyes the more healing came to my soul! It was glorious.

I began to notice that we were alone at the table except for a few saints who were trying to serve the Father and he would not accept their service because it was His time to serve them! So they stood frozen behind their chairs unwilling to receive this revelation. I noticed beautiful golden doors behind each chair for those who were invited to come and dine with the Father and did not make it. I noticed some saints sitting with their chairs backwards and they were on their cell phones boasting about the time they were spending with Him, but they were not even interacting with Him, nor were they looking at Him. They had their focus on the open doors, which needed to be shut.

I feel like the Father was showing me that He wants to dine with each of us like this. He wants to encounter us and take us deeper into revelations of His love and of His glory! But He wants to do it without distraction.

Are you feeling stressed out and distracted?
Find a quiet place to look into the eyes of the Father. Let go of perfectionism and striving.
Sit with the Father in glory and drink from His table, eat with Him and learn beautiful things about His character, His love, His peace.

I pray that you all have a glorious Easter and Passover!
